   Dosent change fasinate. Take my life, I had a super life in Bangalore, Working from home, Not too much work, company paid laptop, mobile, taking care of few guys, mentoring them, doing that for IBM for the past 4 years, Thatz life, everything was there, but i needed something more, let me say GROWTH, technical growth, financial growth, mangement growth, I wasnt offered those at IBM, I had to decide and opted to move out of IBM. There were lots of ppl asking me why move out of IBM, IBM is going to miss one of the greatest, the usual once. But for me, I needed a change to work for a smaller company to make it big like IBM, than to work with IBM and show little awards and nameplates. I changed to Chennai, and this is much more worst of the case, ITs like falling from the frypan to fire’. But Im changing myself and all others around me (lessons learned from IBM). This is also a change, and even thoug i regret it, I strive hard to achive the normal side of the existing change.

   The change I love is..the +ve one. Its all about being able to grow, but I agree there will be some changes that we make which prove to be wrong at the end of the day. But lets think about good and positive changes…lets not worry about something bad happened
   “live out my imagination instead of my memory” and consider “limitless potential instead of my limiting past”"
