Indian Idol 2 Finalist Meenal Jain released her Deubt Album Mehram with 8 tracks
According to Meenal, “Mehram” stands for someone who you love deeply but cannot attain.
Well, she is not here with a hip hop or pop… It’s Sufi Music. Listen and Download the song here
Meenal Jain (born June 14, 1985 in Indore, India was a top 6 finalist in the on-going reality show Indian Idol 2 on Indian Television. She was voted out on February 28, 2006.
She is on a different track !! Sufi Music.. and all songs seem to have a special touch and her voice is deep and rich.
“Mehram was written by Mr. R.S. Sangha, and the mukhda was written by my music director Harpreet Singh. It was the first composition I heard from him, and I was like “I’m doing the album with you, and this is the song I want.†When I sang it, I related it to God, but you can relate it to anybody really; your beloved, your dad, your mom, anybody. It’s about a girl, who’s happy chanting God’s name. Her purpose in life is just chanting God’s name, and being in love with God – God’s creations, like natures, water and all those things. She’s just happy; happy about being in this world, knowing about God, loving God. She’s happy about that, and she wants to spread happiness everywhere. So that’s what Mehram means.”

Its time for me to start writing something here, since its been a long time without blogging. Its always tough to go without any posts. There is nothing much happening around though. I got my B’day gift and Card. A special one. Guess what it was ? hmm I am not going to tell you anyway. So keep guessing guessing is a good job if you do not have any other. I am sure you have none thats why you are here reading my blog lol !!!
Is there any other way to fill the blog when there is nothing to write about hi hi .. just kidding yaar. I saw one of my friends writing sooooo much about her teachers… and was wondering why I can’t put a few words about my teachers. Don’t why.. I am not able to write anything at this time. Another news, I planned, changed planned changed….. confused ??? Yea.. even I am … First I thought about doing PG in Economics along with my job. I called one of my friends doing the same course and got the idea that its tough for me to get through the maths because of the simple reason I hate Maths !!! So what about MA Literature ? then another friend’s advice .. why going behind traditional courses. well thats right …… so ? so .. search some new courses.. something related to your future MBA plans .. and finally ( is it ? ) I am at PG Diploma in Journalism . Going to apply for it soon. Hope I will not change the plan again
