Customer Satisfaction is something we all discuss all the time. Here I am trying express my thoughts about Customer Trust. Customer Trust is something we need to more important on these days. A satisfied customer can leave you when you are having issues at your business. They are satisfied as long as you give them good service. If you make a

mistake, they may leave you.

 

   However, if you earn customers’ trust, its more likely that he will continue with you, understanding the situation just because he got trust in you.

How do we earn Customer Trust is something we need to work on. It differs industry to industry. I will try to list a few of the quick points that we can start with.
