I know you were waiting for this feature all this time. Ever since you started using gmail chat, and google talk, you really wanted to go invisible and couldn’t find a way to do it right ?
Finally , gmail chat has the option for you to go invisible ! and it should be soon on your gtalk too.
So next time you see someone offline on gtalk, ping them 
just to show that you know about this feature

You cannot go invisible on Gmail if you are logged into GTalk.
But I am not sure why there is a need for duplicitous ‘status’ signalling. The existing signalling is there for a reason.
If I am showing red, I will not gossip, no matter what. It is also possible that I may be unavailable to talk to a friend who wants to gossip but not to a client who wants to discuss something on a project.
And the all powerful words – No time right now? Don’t people say a straight ‘No’ any more?

some body.. misusing for the same.. when the time to get payment, people hide in invisible mode.. to make fool to others..
