Who is is your Favorite Politician ?

Okay, before I ask that question, I know I should ask you this. Do you like politicians ? I know most of you will say no, but I am quite sure that you have exceptions.

Exceptions are there. There are good politicians too. I know this is tough just like searching for life in Mars. But lets, just try.

I am an economics graduate. Mr. P. Chidambaram will be my pick for this. He is a politician with some brain. I do not know much about his background and history … better don’t look at it right ? may be I will be disappointed… do you think so ?

Now, who is your choice ? and of course, Why ?

u said ..ofcourse the answer is i dont like politicians .. even if they do always appear in TV ..havent ever watched them so close

I think I like leaders than politicians. But then we dont have a politician who is also a leader and some of the best leaders in this country did not want tobe a politician (like Gandhi).
In current politics I love Chidambaram coz he is educated and has stuff in his head (like u said)

Leader Vs Politician … its a good though… we need more leaders actually right ?

Rather than leaders of national stature (who do nothing positively), i rather like to look at people who have done some real work… My favourites

Narasimha Rao, Manmohan Singh, Chidambaram, Praful Patel, Chandrababu Naidu, SM Krishna, YS Rajasekhar Reddy (its good if he get rid of his Gandhi fixation, the rest is fine), AK Antony, Narendra Modi (good economically, but is a menace to a civil society), Kamalnath, Kalanidhi Maran (but was too aggressive in pushing his agendas)

that was a long list… AK.Antony.. right he is a clean politician .. but dont think he did too much .. I like Kamalnath a lot….. hmmm never expected Modi there.. lol

Oh ya, kick out Antony from the list…hehehe. He is no doubt Mr Clean, but hardly has a resume to back up his work.

Modi has indeed transformed Gujarat economically. No doubts about that. But ya, he is still nothing less than a monster.

Right… lets kick Antony from the list .. Mr.Clean good of nothing … I don’t know much about Modi’s economics… agree on the rest about him.

I like Laloo Prasad Yadav for the way he has uplifted the Railways an provided good services at economical prices at the time when Budget Airlines were giving stiff competition!!
Rest this post doesn’t asks for who I don’t like but till date my mind fails to understand the smart politics played by Congressmen in playing safe by making Pratibha Patil as President!!!
