Hi Ubuntu, this is my first blog post with you. You look so cute !! ( but, I know I can not judge your personality from the way you look like, I need to know you more, before I can decide if you qualify as my best friend. But let me tell you, first impression was very good. )
One of my friends, Binny V A helped me to get you installed on my laptop. You were friendly and helpful from the first step the very last one.
I am not really new to Linux and open source, I know your brother Fedora for 3 years and we are still good friends ( we meet every day at office ).
Yes, installation was easy, but I had to spend hours to correct the screen resolution issue. Finally, got it fixed, ( by 3 in the morning btw ) and now, you look really beautiful.
I hope you enjoy my blog and laptop !!

Wow - its looking great.
Looking very good. Waiting for more updates before I can make a final decision.

Oh, looks awesome, dude!
I am still struggling with Win XP and Vista, and might switch to open source soon! Sigh!
Wow!! Looks damn nice…
Hey, nice blog, nice look and niiice Ubuntu!
I’m planning to move to Xubuntu soon, Windows XP is really killing me with the resource hogging. Although I have no experience with coding or open source, so some frantic posts and phone calls shall definitely ensue.
Oh well, if it means I no longer have to reinstall my OS every 3-4 months, it’ll be worth it!
Keep us updated with how Ubuntu suits you, I’m hearing Gnome can be a huge resource-hog sometimes. But oh boy.. it sure looks gooood!
Same here. have been using Fedora for years. Last year moved to Ubuntu and found it very user friendly.
Btw, i tried out installing Fedora and Ubuntu on a Windows XP machine using Sun virtual box. It works like a charm. Try it out. Now i can run all 3 software on one machine without shutting down XP

yup, download the sun virtual box from the sun website and install it in windows xp. then, you can install ubuntu into it.
its like a virtual installation of ubuntu within windows xp.
