   though i have i am a victim of sinus and cold but no one not even my doc can stop me from eating ice creams. they are too good to resist eating.

   BTW is it just ice cream or some more good things in life. I hope you get the drift

    Ice cream may have the following composition:
    between 10% and as high as 16% fat i
    9 to 12% serum solids (caseins, lactose and whey proteins)
    12 to 16% sweeteners
    0.2 to 0.5% stabilisers and emulsifiers:
    55% to 64% water which comes from the milk or other ingredients.

    So, your allergy is a reaction of any of the above contents.. Sadly, ice-cream will not be the same without any of it..! So, sigh! stay away!!

       I was eating it for fat .. to increase weight .. I am too thin … now I am trying more chocolates to put on weight ..

    Btw… ask your doctor if you can try sorbets or candies
    If you are allergic to ice-cream becoz of its ‘cold’ nature … puddings and pastries are always there to allure you.

    Thanks for stopping by, appreciate it. You hate ice creams ? You are not alone my friend, over the last 10 years I have slowly but surely started to hate ice creams and cakes. Reason ? I came to America. Most icecreams and cakes here suck ; unless you do go to a French bakery. Like everything else be it Indian food with american veggies (Upma with corn and broccoli !), or morbid Tacobell’s tacos, the fineese of Cakes and Ice creams have been outraged by mass production and consumerism..

    You are allergic ? Gelatin ?

       I LOVE ice creams … I can’t have it anymore because, I am allergic to it .. I get throat infection as soon as I eat ice creams …

    awww poor you. Ice cream is my absolute favorite thing in the world!!
    The rich flavor, the creamy whisk, the spoon full of absolute yummyness, the coldness on the tongue, the sweet aftertaste… (haha, angry yet? =P)
