The Indian user wont mind as long as the price is right. That is where the provider should play a major part. Something like giving the phone cheaper and tying the subscriber on a 1-2 year contract. Its a win – win for both parties.

Yes, if the service is cheap and they stick to the fine print.
In India once you sign up for any scheme, the service provider takes you for granted. If that doesn’t happen then I guess its cool.
