Speed up !! What’s that ?
Well, I asked the same question when I saw this “speed up” on the top right hand side of my admin page for WordPress 2.6 Beta 1.
Without knowing what it is, I clicked on the link and I got a pop up window

Okay, I see Google Gears. That gives some clue about this “speed up”. If you do not know what Google Gears is,

Luckily, I had Google Gears enabled on my Laptop, so the process was easy. I clicked and enabled Google Gears for WordPress. What will happen to WordPress If I enable it ? Need to check that out !!. Stay tuned for that information.

So, here is another new feature on Google Docs, for those who wants to do things in “style”. You can now add CSS styles to your docs on Google Docs. Before we go any further, here is a quick explanation of what CSS is, in case you do not know what it is.
CSS is used to help readers of web pages to define colors, fonts, layout, and other aspects of document presentation. It is designed primarily to enable the separation of document content (written in HTML or a similar markup language) from document presentation (written in CSS). This separation can improve content accessibility, provide more flexibility and control in the specification of presentation characteristics, and reduce complexity and repetition in the structural content.
